    The location is the best in town and apartment was quiet and clean, Pascale was very friendly and gave us lots information about things to do around town theres a open market three times week just outside the door and good bakery right in front. We were lucky enough to attend the fall festival Annecy had a great time and highly recommend.

    Our stay was a delight, and a highlight of our time in France.
    The property was well presented, with modern and stylish appointments. The owners were very accommodating.
    The antiquated stairs and lack parking are to be considered but should not be a deterrent.

    Wonderful apartment in beautiful Annecy
    The apartment itself is fantastic! Its cosy, clean and comfortable, with a great view of the canal. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the train station, and the lake, restaurants and attractions are really accessible. It was easy to cook in the apartment and the bed is comfortable. I appreciated the amenities, such as the washing machine and Netflix!
    Only the stairs to get to the apartment, they are very steep and difficult with a suitcase.

    Great location, best for a single or couple traveling by public transportation.
    The location was wonderful and central, but not easily accessible by car. The unit itself was lovely, modern and clean. The view from the window was a special treat.
    The listing notes a sofa bed, but the set up was not really functional for 2 singles traveling together. The sofa bed is really a couch, not as wide as even a twin bed and did not open up. There were no linens for it. We were told there would be an additional fee to have the host come and set up the bed once we were in the unit. It would also have been helpful to have more specific information about parking options and accessibility prior to arrival. The host was responsive to messages, but language differences resulted in curt communication.

    A lovely apartment in a great location.
    This apartment was located in the old town in a building full of character and a view of the canal. We would highly recommend this apartment for its location and its value for money. The really helpful host has provided lots of information on both the apartment and the area in general but it is in French so just be aware of this if your French is limited. It is really well equipped and we loved the fact that the market was held a few times a week just outside the door.
    Very little really but it would have been nice to have some English language TV stations.

    Stylish and comfortable apartment in the heart of Annecy
    A very nice apartment, built and furnished with good taste and high quality. Kitchen modern and very well equipped. The location in Annecy right in the middle of the old town absolutely perfect including the wonderful view over the river. Very quiet and comfortable in spite the location on the busiest restaurant street in Annecy.
