    Very good hotel. Would definitely book again.
    Breakfast was good. Hotel location very close to I95. Room was very clean.
    Shower was only warm not hot. Shower head was weak.

    It has a modern design, if they improve the staff and especially the cleanliness it could be a good place
    The room was very dirty, the staff was terrible, very unfriendly, the breakfast was bad, I don't recommend it.

    Plenty of options in the area. Stay somewhere else.
    The location was good for a quick stay while traveling on I95.
    The property was old. The rooms were tiny, humid, and hot. Our room was like staying in a storage unit. The AC unit was inadequate. The lighting was horrible. Breakfast was inedible. This was my first and last time at a Best Western property.

    Moldy bathroom and sticky floors, room need to be cleaned. Elevators are smelly and dirty. Breakfast need to be improved.

    We thought our overnight stay was comfortable and met expectations; however, the negative impact of one staff member wil
    I booked a room with double queen beds four 4 people. Our room was stocked with towels and wash cloths for three. When an additional towel set was requested by my daughter, she was told that dirty ones had to be returned. When one dirty set was taken down, my daughter was told that all three sets had to be returned. Reluctantly an additional set of towels was handed to my daughter. The staff member stated it was hotel rules to return all towels in order to receive one set of towels for the fourth person in our room. This clerk was the only one who seemed un-customer friendly. Note: Check-in and check-out as well as hotel housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. During late check-in, I witnessed a customer requesting more towels. The staff member questioned how many people were in the room. I didnt hear a response from the customer but the staff member stated, you need more towels and handed them over. If it is the hotels policy for customers to turn in used towels to obtain additional sets for *registered* customers, it is not a good policy.
