Decent hotel and a reasonable price in a well appointed location.

Well appointed hotel with great views if you book the sea-view rooms. Great range of breakfast choices. Rooms are large and comfortable, especially the spacious bathroom.

The hotel fronts on to the busy A road, so if you've booked a room overlooking the road, you may suffer from road noise.

Good value but no breakfast buffet

Good value, clean hotel with good amneties, close to Marbella/San Pedro (10min in car). Restaurant staff is extremely nice, polite and professional

The real main problem that totally disapointed me is the fact that there is no breakfast buffet. Even though the restaurant staff is very nice and helpful, I personally cannot bear waiting for somebody to bring me a meal tray with half of the food that I don't eat...asking the staff every 2min for something. Hotel top management should clearly inform people that the breakfast is not a buffet like almost everywhere in the hotels of the area, so as people can book the hotel having this information in mind. I felt like trapped. The breakfast food is ok overall and eggs are made on demand. Nevertheless a minimum of effort should be made on the juice section. This was just water and sugar juices. Not even industrial/supermarket juices. sorry nobody can drink this I personally won't come back again to this hotel for the breakfast topic. Also the check out is at 11am even though the hotel was totally empty...and this was not negociable (11 for a check out at 12am). I found it a little bit harsh, as there were nobody waiting for our room...

Disappointing

Rooftop terrace very good

Snack lunch food quality was disgusting . Bar staff girl incorrectly charged us for drinks ,she said we had the previous day and quoted the time ( we were not in hotel at time she quored ) and refused to repay onto my card Never in my 40years in hotels around the world have I ever experienced this .
