    Staff very accommodating. Breakfast included and was good. Vietnamese coffee. Toiletries provided. Assisted with transportation which was very helpful
    No fitness center or pool. But had a gorgeous view and able to run by the bay

    Do not stay here.
    Comfortable beds. Hot showers.
    No decent restaurants within walking distance. I got food poisoning from the only place selling food and they were really rude. Front desk person came knocking on my door at 8am, waking me up, just to tell me to go eat breakfast. This is not something you should ever do to your guests! Receptionist stood in the dining hall listening to youtube videos very loudly on her phone. So inconsiderate while people are trying to eat a peaceful breakfast. People were smoking in the closed hallway outside the room. It smelled terrible and there were cigarette butts in the ashtray near the lift. Hand towels in the bathroom also smelled of cigarette smoke. No outlets in the bathroom. Only outlets are by the bed and in the middle of the wall near the door. Room 508 is under the kitchen and the loud knocking and banging noises made to prepare breakfast at 6am will wake you up. Do not stay here!

    The shower temperature relies on solar and it was an overcast day so we had a very cold shower . Same the next morning. Hotel itself is nice and great value for money but we made the mistake of staying in Ha long after our cruise. Very quiet and nothing to do the next day as off season. Many shops closed and most people went back to Hanoi the same day. Then we had to get a transfer all the way back to airport which cost &120 aus. The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok, it seemed like we were the only people there.
    Shower temp but out of their control due to solar. Also they only offered coffee at breakfast. Would have been nice to have juice too.
