The hotel itself is very good, no doubt. But during the checkout there were 4 items added to our room which we never ordered. According to their records, on the second day we ordered 2 different types of beer, and then two 1.5L bottles of water. I also kept records of all our purchases in the hotel, and we never took any water from the reception (we were buying it in the market near the hotel), nor any beer. We had a bike during our stay, so we were always buying food and drinks in the local supermarkets. I told the person at the reception, that it's a mistake, and asked them to speak with someone who put this to our room, but the only explanation we received: "you see it on this list, it means you ordered it". No one even tried to listen. Yes, the price is very small and taking into account that overall price for our stay was above 400EUR, 3-4 additional euros won't make any difference, but the problem is that I might not be the only one like this, and most important it's about trust.
The problem is that when you order something from the bar or restaurant, they only ask for your room number, and since all the numbers are on the door, you can theoretically say any random number. Also, any person could simply mishear the number.
I hope that someone from the management will see this and implement an easy solution: either please ask the person to show a room number on a keychain, or, better option, write a small receipt for each order and then ask the guest to sign it, so then he will be presented with such receipts (if needed) during the checkout.
A few other things to consider: sometimes you need to wait for hot water 5-10 minutes, and on a second week for us hot water was not always available even after waiting for 15 minutes, so we had to take cold shower. Also, construction works began just behind the resort, and they start digging exactly at 8 am.
