Passable

Despite helpful staff, our room was in great need of renovation.

The location was ideal for the Parc des Expositions. Also the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, trying to make our air conditioning work and then finding a heater for our use instead.

The room, on the ground floor of the main hotel building, was very tired, with shabby decor, a cold tiled floor and cold bed made worse by the fact that the air conditioning/heating did not work. We visited a friend's room in one of the annexes, which was in much better condition than ours.

Large relaxing rooms

Beautiful room, very spacious. Really clean. And little seating area outside. Arrived Sunday so no restaurant. Theres grill restaurant 2 min walk. Lovely and quiet too

Staff were friendly especially Tom who looked after us very well and went above and beyond Rooms and meals were very good Pool was lovely Good location for us

shame and rip off!

Was out of town

The very bad conditions of the bathroom, paint on ceiling was crumbling, a lot of rust on the glass around the Bath, I have never seen such a runned down bathroom!! And this was expensive, a Best Western, and had several stars. I wonder how? I made photos and sent them,,, no reply

Good

Dinner was terribly crowded but the staff made an effort to accommodate us.

Internet was terribly slow and totally useless. Outlets in the room were few and in inconvenient places. Breakfast also was very crowded since there were 3 different groups staying in the hotel and two of them were leaving at the same time.
