Very good

Very nice childfriendly stay

Big very clean room, very comfortable when travelling with kids, even very small ones. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good and also the la carte restaurant. The personnel is very friendly.

Our room was on the ground floor near the main entrance and it was a difficult to heat during our winter stay.

Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours, was way too loud at night and I couldn't sleep.

I have stayed here 5 years ago and was great. This Time it was bad experience and for sure will not book it again.

Overpriced

The Staff in the reception were not friendly at all or helpful - with anything ! Seems that it was a problem and a nuisance having to speak English.

My bathroom got flooded whilst I was having a shower because the drain was blocked. Not only the bathroom but the whole apartment!! I had to persuade the receptionist to give me a new room, she didnt offer at first.
