Much to like.

Location perfect. Reception staff were all charming and helpful.

One or two restaurant staff could have been more welcoming. The drop in floor level in the room was a bit daunting. The bathroom door was translucent and non-locking - not comfortable with either. Like most hotels these days, there was no small light to make bathroom visits and night feel safer, so a main light has to be left on.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

only 1 chair in the bedroom where there was nowhere to put clothes after undressing. Toilet door gave no privacy. Foul smell, treated eventually by the staff.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay

The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk to the beach. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. All the staff were very warm, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was also lovely. I would definitely stay here again next time in Saint-Malo.
