    Close to work
    Water heater not working so we have to move early morning in different building just to take shower. Room heater program automatically shut off and takes long time before it start again. It gets so cold inside the room.

    Perfect stay and will stay again.
    I loved my stay and will stay again. It was very quiet in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The TV was great and had all the channels I wanted. Downtown Redwood City is very beautiful and is close by. The staff was lovely.

    It was an ok stay for a quick overnight stay.
    Allowed dogs. Front desk staff was friendly.
    Location isnt great and could here people above walking around quite loudly

    The property is still giving me the runaround about receiving a refund for the unused nights booked (we stayed ONE night). The manager is magically never there when you call and they never call back. The hotel is passable but the customer service would make that much better if they werent scammers. Also, booking.com customer service has not been the best because I here something different from them with every rep I speak to.
