nothing to rave about but for price cant really complain. Just dont lock guests on roof!

liked that it was cheap Room was clean

only provided one towel (booked for 2 in a double room) Window didnt shut so mosquitoes we were on the roof top seating area and someone locked the roof so we couldnt get back down - had to phone gostops main booking office as no number available for mumbai - had to phone booking office 3 times before got though to mumbai. Sat in sun and heat for 30 mins trying to get attention to be let back down got some clothes washed - 25 rupees per item which is expensive , they also lost my skirt - but they did find it after some time

PATHETIC | NEVER COME BACK

The Stay was pathetic. The location is not so great. and the whole property just smells. The beds are not so good. and the whole floor has common washrooms which are again not so good. The common room is so dirty, you don't want to sit there. Not at all worth the money. I have stayed in other goStops properties. and booked this because normally my experience has been good but this property was just worst.

Very good

GoStops Mumbai is the best option if you are staying in South Mumbai. It is also also close to all the consulates and embassies for visa related work. The train stations are closeby. It was very convenient.

Though the house staff were trying their best to keep property clean and hygienic, the common areas and toilets were not up to the mark. Especially some of the furniture and cushions in the common area need changing. There were also no good restaurants close-by. They do have a kitchen when you can cook your own food or order online.

The staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating The price was very fair and the double room was very comfortable. The upstairs Terrace was a bonus.and the location is not far from Fort and Colaba.

Never stay at goStops Mumbai

Nothing

The lift wasnt working and there was no one to help. We had to take our luggage all the way to 5th floor. Moreover the room was so small and bed was uncomfortable as it can be
