Lovely location, friendly staff and great rooms

Check in staff were lovely and the room was delightful

The room had not been cleared of rubbish from the last occupant when we arrived (wrapping paper in the wardrobe and streamers on the floor), I dropped something under the sink table and it was covered in dust, clearly an area that is not cleaned regularly. Your bar prices are extortionate!

A stylish and modern hotel with great service and good facilities.

Excellent location. Beautifully decorated hotel with good facilities.

It was a shame the spa closed at lunch on our last day. We were hoping to relax by the pool.

Perfect Christmas break.

Excellent choice and quality of food. I would have preferred pots of tea and coffee brought to the table, rather than cup being refilled as this can be hit and miss, depending on how busy it is and the number of staff available. Excellent housekeeping service, we even had the room serviced on Christmas Day, which was a lovely surprise!

Perfect location, but dont forget anything in the hotel, you wont get them back

The location is perfect with pretty garden view. The bed is very comfy

We forgot our Aesop body scrub worth 29 in the bathroom. Called the next day but was told they cant find it. Also the bathroom sink was terribly blocked.

Beautiful location and view with welcoming staff.

I love the location, the swimming pool, bar and our lovely double aspect room.

I didnt like the scrambled eggs at breakfast ( very overcooked) and overall felt that there could be more choice at breakfast. I also felt it would have been good if allergens haddock been just listed on labels at breakfast rather than having to ask staff about every single thing.
