    Lovely location, friendly staff and great rooms
    Check in staff were lovely and the room was delightful
    The room had not been cleared of rubbish from the last occupant when we arrived (wrapping paper in the wardrobe and streamers on the floor), I dropped something under the sink table and it was covered in dust, clearly an area that is not cleaned regularly. Your bar prices are extortionate!

    A stylish and modern hotel with great service and good facilities.
    Excellent location. Beautifully decorated hotel with good facilities.
    It was a shame the spa closed at lunch on our last day. We were hoping to relax by the pool.

    Perfect Christmas break.
    Excellent choice and quality of food. I would have preferred pots of tea and coffee brought to the table, rather than cup being refilled as this can be hit and miss, depending on how busy it is and the number of staff available. Excellent housekeeping service, we even had the room serviced on Christmas Day, which was a lovely surprise!

    Perfect location, but dont forget anything in the hotel, you wont get them back
    The location is perfect with pretty garden view. The bed is very comfy
    We forgot our Aesop body scrub worth 29 in the bathroom. Called the next day but was told they cant find it. Also the bathroom sink was terribly blocked.

    Beautiful location and view with welcoming staff.
    I love the location, the swimming pool, bar and our lovely double aspect room.
    I didnt like the scrambled eggs at breakfast ( very overcooked) and overall felt that there could be more choice at breakfast. I also felt it would have been good if allergens haddock been just listed on labels at breakfast rather than having to ask staff about every single thing.

    Great location and decor, lovely stay in Cambridge.
    The location was great, right in the centre and a short walk to most sites. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help and the hotel decor was beautiful. We didnt dine at the restaurant or drink at the bar but it was cosy and a nice setting.
    The leisure centre had reduced hours due to the Christmas season (no adults only time), this meant there were children in the jacuzzi using floats, throwing goggles and jumping in. A rule to make this adults only would have been good given theres a pool right next door for kids. Not a relaxing space for couples if youre planning to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (all very small).

    A comfortable, pleasant stay missing the Graduates usual magic this year.
    We have always enjoyed the Graduate hotel Cambridge for its great location, stylish decor.
    Christmas spirit was sparse this year. While there were a few trees and a splash of decorations around the hotel, the homely festive feel, wed experienced on previous stays, was lacking this year. The exceptional customer service we have enjoyed on our previous stays had also dropped although still adequate service overall.
