    Not worth the price
    Staff friendly, but not very efficient
    Over priced for the quality, bath didn't unplug and paint peeling off the walls. Have to walk through a poor lit very steep and long tunnel to get anywhere Kept asking for the same request from staff multiple times and was told to wait in room as would be a follow up and no one called us wasting our time Breakfast was plentiful but bland tasting and the welcome drink wine was either very very bad wine or had gone off Its also miles away from anything else so you have to stay there and eat there or get a cab into town. As the road has no pavement so its really risky walking to anything

    A perfect honeymoon stay!
    The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms gorgeous and the private pool was fantastic. Excellent food in the restaurant and very nice to be able to have breakfast served in your room.

    Stay away from this place and instead choose from myriad of other nice properties.
    I was expecting great things from this property but the management totally disappointed me. In addition to not being very helpful and resourceful and having too laid back an attitude, the hotel had a wedding on our last day of stay and the main restaurant and pool facilities that we wanted to use were off limits to guests to our great surprise. None of this was communicated at time of booking, checking in and the 3 days of our stay, but we were told at the time of our last day which we wanted to enjoy the pool and the view. Management was dismissive and not willing to make up or compensate us and offered a meaningless bottle of wine instead. Stay away from this place and instead choose from myriad of other nice properties. You dont want to ruin your vacation to Santorini with a place that has terrible customer service but super expensiveprices.

    We had a great stay and appreciate everything the staff did to make it special.
    The service and staff was really wonderful. They were friendly and always ready to help. They also had some great suggestions for restaurants.
    The facilities werent what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. The edges of the private pool werent really clean and the shower head was old and dirty. The tunnels to the rooms also carry sound so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel as it is quite noisy.
