Exceptional

Best hotel in Ponta Delgada. Super location and great value for money.

Staying at Grand Hotel Aores Atlntico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

I can mention two things but both are MINOR: 1) The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. 2) The breakfast could be a bit more diverse and changed from time to time. After a couple of mornings it could become a bit boring. But these two points didn't mean that my stay was not excellent. 10/10 points!
