    Fabulous town and great location in center. Hotel in need of renovation but staff was superb!
    The staff were amazing- the best part of your hotel!! Irene at the desk was exceptional. All staff were professional and friendly! Thank you!
    There appears to be flood/water staining throughout our rooms so the carpet appeared to be dirty. I wouldnt have expected that in a 5 star hotel. Also the coverlet Had a stain on it in one of our rooms

    Continental is stunning. Very Central . Great rooms. And the staff were very helpful and professional. Beautifully managed property with a good breakfast range. A bit of a splurge but well worth it.

    Outrageous beauty, location and the extreme rare combination of classic old vintage look with the most advanced modern facilities. Service is outstanding and location is prime!!!
    It was a bit complicated getting here and finding the hotel , especially coming with a car.

    Abundant Opulence
    This is a magnificent property. It is such an experience to just sit in the rooms and enjoy the opulent atmosphere. If you have the chance have a splurge and indulge yourself. The staff are helpful and friendly, esp Elena C at the front desk. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Late checkout is a bonus that allows you to see some sights before you go. The bathrooms are a little dated however they did not detract from the enjoyment the surroundings provide. Plus the beds are super comfy!!

    Breathtaking view and excellent walkable location.
    Breakfast was very good. Our room and its view were spectacular. It's in a prime location and the staff were wonderful and helpful though not intrusive.
    I noticed a few spots on the rug which was under the large decorative rug that needed to be clean. That said the rest of our large room was spotless.

    We both needed a rest and we dmcertainly rested at the Grand Hitel Continental in Siena.
    The breakfasts where all right but not spectacular. A hotel like this should serve tea properly. We loved the spectacular lounge on our floor but this was taken over by some sort of conference.

    Lovely ! and close to everything
    The breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino wonderful. Staff was friendly and very accommodating . The view from our balcony was superb especially at night !
    The directions to the hotel were a little confusing as our GPS took us via an alternative route to the entrance.
