Wonderful stay

Very clean, comfortable rooms, perfect location. A lot of parking lots in the area

The SPA was a bit unsatisfactory - steam bath didn't work, and to get to the relax area after sauna every time have to pass through the changing room.

We was family of three in the top suite room 511/512 We had a cold room, heating unit not working, even after us complaining about the problem until the last day of our five night stay!! Draught from window Ceiling noise from above breakfast/restaurant room Soft beds Hairdryer not working Floor water damaged Safe not working Basic breakfast Staff was very serious Not a nice experience at all We paid nearly 1000 for 5 nights. Definitely not worth the money.

Ill go back to Istanbul but NOT this hotel

The best part of the hotel was the spa and location - amazing value for money and great service.

It was old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Pictures are obviously taken a while ago and not up to date. Staff tried to rush me to check out of my room - knocked twice which I then had to tell them my checkout is at 12pm and thats when Ill be leaving. Breakfast was inedible - second morning I didnt even bother. Reception staff were rude and cold when I first arrived then eventually were niceish. Room was cold and the air conditioning took a long time to come on. Bathroom was tiny compared to the room and not fit for purpose - confusing sink area

There is a restaurant next to hotel which plays life music every night till 1am in morning which is very disturbing.

Dont be impressed by the picturesnever come back

Location is the unique plus or this hotel, is very close to center, restaurants and shops. There is also a nice terrace on the 6 floor of the hotel, partial opened.

Even if the location is good, the parking near the location is almost impossible, we search a place in 4-5 parkings, with no available place. The hotel has 4 stars, just on the site, the reality is other.. Staff bored and not willing to help with anything.. Hotel..big just on the reception/restaurant part. Rooms are very small, with old furniture, a strong bad smell, a view on the interior sloppy garden, the double bed has 140 x 180 cm, if you are taller you can sleep with your feet out. The bathroom has no went, is very small and with an useless window with view on the room. Breakfast nothing special, coffee the worts that I drink in Istanbul, the food ..normally. The pool, nice, nut the staff from there makes us to not use it, such an aggressive attitude in a hotel Ive never see.

Superb

It was well located and staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was not good enough and they can add more variety to it but the location that they serve it was beautiful.
