Wonderful stay

Very clean, comfortable rooms, perfect location. A lot of parking lots in the area

The SPA was a bit unsatisfactory - steam bath didn't work, and to get to the relax area after sauna every time have to pass through the changing room.

Don't stay here!!

We was family of three in the top suite room 511/512 We had a cold room, heating unit not working, even after us complaining about the problem until the last day of our five night stay!! Draught from window Ceiling noise from above breakfast/restaurant room Soft beds Hairdryer not working Floor water damaged Safe not working Basic breakfast Staff was very serious Not a nice experience at all We paid nearly 1000 for 5 nights. Definitely not worth the money.

Ill go back to Istanbul but NOT this hotel

The best part of the hotel was the spa and location - amazing value for money and great service.

It was old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Pictures are obviously taken a while ago and not up to date. Staff tried to rush me to check out of my room - knocked twice which I then had to tell them my checkout is at 12pm and thats when Ill be leaving. Breakfast was inedible - second morning I didnt even bother. Reception staff were rude and cold when I first arrived then eventually were niceish. Room was cold and the air conditioning took a long time to come on. Bathroom was tiny compared to the room and not fit for purpose - confusing sink area
