Great location for short break in Paris - Shops/Bars/Museums

Location was central for Shops and notre dame cathedral. We took the train from CDG T2B to ChteletLes Halles. We had a family room. Double Bed - Probably queen size and seperate single bed. We were over for xmas short weekend break. Rooms were definitely warm, but needed to turn down heat or open window. But all ok. We didn't use the breakfast in the basement, although it probably is a good cheap option as we had breakfast elsewhere and paid more. The previous reviews set expectations on size of rooms. So not massize - but not issue. The beds are hard - so nothing i didn't expect. All room facilities were ok. We arrived at 10pm - no issues. Pay local Taxes on leaving.

Exceptional

Friendly, helpful staff. Magid, at the reception desk, was exceptional. The room had an amazing view and was very comfortable with a great location in the city.
