The location was the only good thing about it

First of all our check-in was at 3:00 they made us wait for an hour then gave us the key room when we arrived there the house keeper said she needs another 20mins which was mot acceptable because we already had given them an hour!.therefore we went down and she gave us another room after 10 mins we had no pets but saw the food bowl and the pet bed we did not request for that. The room was full of dog shed it was literary dirty + the shower water was very little i would not call it a 5 stars hotel.

I can't wait to go back to Dijon to see more & this is where I will stay!

Conveniently located an easy 10-minute walk from the train (or catch the light rail 2 or 3 stops) Located at the top of the shopping district - easy walk to the tourist office & all the lovely churches. The rooms are divine. Breakfast made me want to linger & the hotel staff were lovely.

Very lovely hotel - would not recommend with children

We arrived late after a very long drive with our 6 year old. Very lovely welcome and great rooms. The ambiance was superb. Unfortunately there was no space for us in the restaurant and we were super hungry. No options for children on the room service except fries. We ordered vegetables with a chicken breast which came in super posh but unfortunately not suitable for kids. They also advertised a small pool area but also no children allowed. Tissues and bottle opener was missing in the room, had to run down to drink water. Little bit of a let down for a family for a 350 Euro per night hotel.
