    Everything was Exceptionally Perfect except one challenging situation...
    One Staff member out of nearly (50) encountered was satisfied with providing incomplete though essential details to complete a journey began twenty years ago at The Hotel Tremezzo.

    Iconic hotel lives up to expectations
    The facilities are incredible, the view is unbelievable, the breakfast is probably the best Ive ever had, the staff was very attentive. I honestly dont know how anyone could have anything negative to say about this place.

    Only location
    Very clear that the staff doesnt like their job. They are very unhappy and rude. In a restaurant, there was black short hair in my salad, so my appetite deteriorated and the staff reacted as if it should be so. The manager didn't apologize too much, he said what's wrong with that? I was surprised that in such an expensive hotel, such a problem with the staff ..

    Lovely stay on Lagi di Como
    Good service. Great property and has some of the best views. The Maitre D at the La Terrasse, Giovanni was excellent and very well experienced. It was a pleasure being attended to by him.
    Room did not have a coffee and tea maker.

    What Dreams are Made Of
    Stunning hotel! A true treasure on the coast of Lake Como. All aspects of the hotel epitomized luxury and comfort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the view on the lake from the room balcony takes your breath away.
