Exceptional

Charming, comfortable, extremely well located with friendly and efficient service.

We stayed 9 nights here over Christmas and New Years. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay again. The Hotel is charming and inviting. It is situated in the heart of Saint Germain with restaurants , boutiques and all amenities on your doorstep. 2 metro lines make it super convenient. The reception staff speak English well and were consistently friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room which was comfortable and with sufficient room for all our luggage. Really appreciated that they were able to supply us with the particular room we liked from the photos online. It was even available when we arrived early at 12pm, always a great bonus. The cleaning staff are efficient and quick, the room was immaculate. Our nephew stayed 6 nights in a classic room which is the smallest but fine for 1 person, perfectly comfortable. We did breakfast downstairs a few times, the staff member again was lovely and always smiling. The buffet is not extensive but nice and is good value compared to buying breakfast elsewhere. Dont expect the hotel to be modern, its a charming old building with a small lift (but great to have a lift in a historic building). Its all comfortable , clean, friendly with cozy and pretty decor. Very good value for money.
