We were with the same hotel 2 months back in the suite, the service was extremely good.
Not sure if this round we book 2 king room hence the service was average or merely passable.
Bedsheets were not changed daily, toiletries were not replenished daily, hygiene was a red alarm especially we had a baby with us.
Apart from that, judging we were with the hotel for 11 days and 2 rooms, we thought it will be a kind gesture to offer us perhaps few days of complimentary breakfast or even after we feedback on the room service but nothing has been done except offering both room a plate of fruits platter to apologise.

Great location, great view. Facilities onsite are also nice.
Staff was so-so - the doormen were great. The check-in counter didn't really help when we asked about nearby restaurants and activities (only told us where to go within the building), room service brought the wrong things late and ended up inflating the prices on us by ca. 70%.
+ Shower leaked across the bathroom.

worth for price but not really for a pleasure...
The location is strategic and room is just fine nothing special. But it was far away the standard of hotel as 2002 when it was just opened.
There are so many corporate companies staying and having seminar in the hotel, make the traffic in hotel so busy and not comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are not good in the interior and quality of foods,
