    The first rooms door was broken, asked for the change, the staff seemed to know it at the beginning and hoped for tourist like me lodging no request; The second room is even worse At second night when I turned on the shower, it oozed brownish water, I have to release water for more than 5mins to see a colourless water coming out The wifi is also horrible, I must stand next to the door to receive the signal No breakfast included, cost overpriced for a 4stars hotel Not recommended for any tourist.

    Really good location
    The staff was very nice. I recommend if you are going to be out all day. It's in the city center. Really close to 2 metro stations and bus stops.
    I expected more in breakfast quality. It's a very old building and the bedrooms and elevators were too.

    We will arrived at 04:00 o'clock early morning and the reception need more than half an hour to give us the rooms . They ask to give them 100 as a deposit until a make the payment. When i want to take my money back to change it in pesos they want to give them my credit card number!!! This is unacceptable because they can stolen money from my card and they don't accept as a deposit my passport for example. Sorry but your staff must be polite and this is the most important.
