Would come back for the hot tub in room

Hot tub in room was amazing!

The noise! Also the coffee machine was broke.

Overall decent experience.

Pools were great. Rooms were clean. Staff was able to get me into my room a little early despite being quite busy.

Beds were not comfortable at all, bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable.

A Good Dells Weekend

Location was excellent. People were wonderful. Room seemed fairly clean.

Shower curtain was dirty and had some stains in towels. Chairs in the room were kinda old and uncomfortable. Bed was a little hard.

Perfect little water park for little kids.

Couldnt get front desk staff to bring fresh towels . I had to get them from housekeeping when i saw them in the halls.

Nothing i expected

The room smelled dirty, the pool and hot tub had strong Chlorine, and in the instructions they didnt told me the Noah Ark was close so everything ruined my birthday I have to waist more money to go another place.because everything you offering is scam unfortunately I cant cancel and i money back.

Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall appearance of the hotel. The indoor pool area was great was fur for my 11yr old and us. There was a wonderful grassy area for sports or just relaxing and they even had grills to make your own food

The outdoor pool was beautiful but too cold to spend much time in. We also did not get any fresh towels during our stay. Carpet showed some wear
