COCKROACHES many many cockroaches!!

Location was great

Cockroaches. Many many cockroaches and the property owner did nothing about it. Gave us a runaround about it for week. Very uncomfortable situation. For $3500 definitely expected better.

I would not recommend this property as is.

Location was good. That is all.

Cleanliness was not good. Towels and sheets not sufficient.The administrator sent some towels 2 days later. Pots and pans of teflon super-scratched to the point that we bought new ones.The dishwasher was filthy and full of mold. In the play room, the Nintendo's switch was not available. We paid extra $45.00/day to have the swimming pool and jacuzzi warmed for 6 days. I only happened on day 5 of our stay of 7 days.

Very good

Overall it was a good stay, not my best vaca. The place needs to smell great and beds spotless...

Property was well kept and very creative, which made for a unique stay. There were so many usable items already stocked in the house for the most part. Heated pool was a big plus!! Well worth the extra money.

Bedding was comfy but I later found hair on the sheets... This ruined the whole experience for me... Also I think the owner should have optional non- down bedding. Several members of my family including myself were suffering with our allergies due to the down bedding. Wish they would have provided a little more body splash, white towels. Also, it would have been nice for them to stalk the laundry room with laundry detergent.. and the bathrooms with air freshener. Also I felt if they were going to charge extra to use the grill the gas should have been included.. So, this kept me from using this option. They need to do a better job at mopping the floor with something clean that will not leave a smell... Everything look clean however when I walked in I did smell a slight residue from the mop.. which slightly drove me crazy.

Exceptional

Overall Exceptional Experience, Love the Location and all the extra decorations for the Kids rooms.

Property was very nice, Rooms were plentiful and very close to all the Disney Parks, closest being Animal Kingdom. There are 3 Double/King beds and then 3 rooms with "bunk" twin beds. The kids loved it esp the princess room. The garage is a very nice game room for kids. Had private Pool with Hot tub, We did not use the hot tub since the "heated" part was an additional 45 dollar cost per day, same with the grill that was available. but the kids used the pool on our "park" off day. Easy to park two cars at the property and then an additional one at a near by club house, so if you have several families like we did it works out very good. Walmart is near by as well as a Publix that delivered to the house both within 2-3 miles. Lots of cooking utensils, rice cooker, microwave and stove. Plenty of Bathrooms. There is a Coffee pot, but it is only for 4 cups, much like in room coffee pots in hotel rooms. The owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly.

I kind of hate to say but didn't really like the whole check in process totally (really different from other houses/condos rented), you have to fill out a docusign document, that we had a lot of trouble with before you get the code to enter the door. Also there was a lot of language regarding damages and lost items, including sheets, towels (not that many) kitchen items (charged for missing) and there were a lot and no way to know what they already had and then they wanted you to send pictures of damages within 24 hours of check in, which I get, they have put alot of effort into the space, but there was several things already wrong, nothing major of course, Place was really nice but for for those of us who have OCD and a rule follower, a little anxiety causing-I think they should acknowledge what is already wrong i.e paint missing under electric box, no utensil container for dishwasher and just have you add additional things if you find them on check in. I think if I would have known all that upfront, It might not have caused me anxiety, so take what I say with a grain of salt.. it really is a great place.
