Fantastic and memorable New Year trip!

Excellent food, Heated Pool and Snacks. Beautiful beach. Great location not far from airport, close to shopping centers. Excellent spacious room with a great view.

Very tiring, uncomfortable, and definitely very bad customer service.

Nothing actually. The place was very dirty cats everywhere. Staff with a lot of attitude.

Everything. Room makeups the hardly even do the bed leave ur clothes under the sheets. Wont even collect rubbish.

Disappointing

Unfriendly guest relations staff, no information given. Next to no entertainment. A disappointing stay.

The spa and swimming pool.

The property is old and needs a revamp. I forgot to take pictures of the bathroom door because I cut my finger on the pieces of plywood that were peeling off the door.

Corendon Resort is A Nightmare- Women & Solo Travelers BEWARE

Bed mattresses are super hard Hamam spa supposed to be free, was charged 100 euro for massage and scrub, was a scam Kid game room is never open Cabs overcharge to go I to the city trapping guests at this "resport" guest services literally coordinates no trips or excursions. Costs on hotel website and information don't match what you are charged. Facility had leaks all over after heavy rain and ceiling came down in guests' rooms. Floors were dangerously wet and numerous guests fell. Security allowed cons on property and when scam was uncovered, hotel staff blamed the guest instead of having scammer arrested. Numerous woman guests (4) were threatened with eviction after they were targets of other guest aggressions. Security and guest relations used intimidation tactics to silence guest complaints. When I slipped in their elevator and got a concussion, guest services publicly accused me of excessive intoxication, rather than acknowledging the injury. After sending a complaint to corporate, I was barred from entry to the hotel and threatened by the guest relations manager who also threatened to make a falae complaint to police claiming she "heard me insult her" as I silently walked away, alluding to the fact that she could make things worse for me if I didn't keep quiet and stop complaining. Email send to Corendon regarding the treatment and the harassment by security and guest relations on behalf of the upper management who refused to speak with me regarding the facilities issues & guest abuse tactics.
