Everything. The rooms were gorgeous, the view over the city was spectacular and the harbor. They were big, had tubs in each room. Room service was incredible and very reasonable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The room's comfortable, as well as the additional facilities like swimming pool, spa and the rooftop club

The hours of the steak restaurant we're very limited. My taxi driver was terrible and I was 3 minutes late and they wouldn't let me go. But it looks fantastic

Good

It is a good hotel to stay for business trips but renovations definitely needed.

The location is good for attending events at INTEX Osaka. The room is very spacious for Japan hotels.

The room is a bit outdated. I couldnt see in the bath clearly because the it was so dark with the poor lighting.

Very good

Perfect location for the Expo centre, great friendly staff and good facilities.

Room was adequate for my stay. I was there for work so the proximity of the Expo centre was ideal. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese & Western food and was great. I eat in the Italian restaurant two nights which was nice. Very good gym to work out in! Very handy having a 7-11 shop in the basement! Plenty of eating options in the hotel if you don't want to travel to the CBD. Great to have a bus transfer facility to the international airport.

My room was clean and tidy but the hallways on my floor (21) looked like they needed a bit of TLC. The wall paper had been patched up in numerous places. Would have been nice to have a bar to chill out in at the end of the day.
