The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable. The bed was really big and the furniture was nice. The room wasn't crowded

Very good

Made welcome, very comfortable and convenient. Very clean and modern inside.

We didn't have breakfast. We went to a neighbourhood cafe. Very friendly, helpful Reception staff. Very comfortable. Excellent location. Nice coffee machine in room as well as kettle.

Found shower temperature difficult to control. Two showers were too cold and the third too hot. Staff informed and given immediate attention. Not much room around the bed against the fixture and drawers. Attic room. Kettle used on the floor. Couldn't be used in situ. Only one breakfast tea given, but rectified immediately. However overall very clean, comfortable room, with big bed and excellent service.
