unfortunately my wife got sick during our stay there. huge gratitude and thanks to the young Spanish receptionist for helping to call a doctor.

Very nice staff. The coffee in the bar at the ground floor was good.

- Room made random sounds - You can hear everything from the neighbours - Sauna had only 60-65 degrees - Spa in general quite underwhelming - Breakfast was not good

You can somehow hear a little noise from the next room. Not that soundproof, but it was okay.

Very good

First time in Malta and I'd definitely come back.

Use of the gym 24/7 and access to the spa pool from 7am - 9pm was great. Fresh bedding and a freshen up of the room more than 3x during our week stay. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice size balcony to enjoy a view of Valletta in the distance. Very kind cleaners. Lovely coffee shop with nice seating area at the entrance. Interesting art in the rooms and a nice modern and clean feeling. Good location as close enough to the promenade without it being busy and noisy at night. When we had a little problem with our TV, maintenance came very quickly and helped to resolve the problem. A very grand entrance to the hotel and some very lovely touches that made it feel luxury when we arrived like the aroma, the Christmas tree and the fake fire place.

I loved our stay but just some small pieces of feedback to help improve it. Some of the gym facilities were already starting to become worn (loose screws and buttons on the treadmill getting stuck). It would have been a nice touch to get some robes and slippers for the room that could be used in the spa rather than getting changed. An extra layer on the bed, possibly a throw/blanket, would have been great as this could have been taken out on the balcony or on the cold leather sofa. It was a little disappointing to find out the rooftop bar was closed during our stay. I understand it was December but it was warm enough to enjoy. Not the fault of the hotel but we did experience some power cuts during one night which wouldn't have bothered us but the emergency light inside the room would switch on each time waking us up as well as the beeping. Some instructions for the oven would have been really useful as I struggled to cook successfully with it - more of a me problem I'm sure!

Great spacious rooms and very clean. The stuff was very helpful. We also used the spa facilities as well as the free swimming pool and the sauna - all of which were quiet, clean and great value for money. We travelled by car and there are plenty of free spaces to park right outside the hotel, so we didn't need to do any further arrangements for parking. Valletta is only 10' driving distance from the hotel. There are many quality restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel too, which we found really useful.

Superb

Very good stay in Malta

Very good hotel. Extremely friendly staff, ready to assist. The room was comparatively big (Executive One Bedroom Suite - City View), sufficient for 2 adults and 1 kid. A well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. SPA facilities are available to relax after long walks around. The location is very good, close to Sliema promenade and bus stop.

Sofa bed is too short. My kid is 163 cm tall, it was not too comfortable to sleep. It would be ok for kids up to 140 cm tall.

Good location in Gzira, next to Sliema. Lots of options for cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious and confortable and had all kitchen appliances. Every floor had a washing machine

The A/C. Although you seem to be in control, it is centrally controlled and not in a good way. Was there in December and room was always very hot, cannot imagine in the summer months. The hallway was colder and pleasant than the room. The Rooftop, although beautiful and with a great view over Valeta, was uninviting, jacuzzis were always unavailable during my stay.
