Nice hotel in a nice location

The room was comfortable. They offered coffee and tea 24 hours.

It was a pricy compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

Good value and great hotel next to Union Square and Powell Street with streetcars right outside!

The location is excellent if you want to explore San Francisco. Basic hotel that is clean, safe and functional. The hotel served cookies and coffee, tea and hot chocolate every morning. Cozy breakfast places right next door if you want to eat a proper breakfast. There is a laundromat on the same street.

Superb

Great location. Easy walk to the Wharf, Chinatown and Northpoint. Trolley stop right in Powell and Bush. Quaint building. Spacious rooms. Great staff.

Superb

excellent, worth the money

the location is superbe, very close to Union Square, many shops and restaurants around; the staff was very friendly and arranging; comfortable bed; water fountain, tea and coffee all day, and fresh pastry in the morning; felt safe in that neighbourhood.

the walls are very thin, so we can hear the neighbours... as in any old building, I guess.
