Stay here, be ready to be treated like a criminal.

Location is the only thing this hotel is good for.

Paid full day for early check in at 10am as I've been traveling all night, only to be given the room with 2 small bed and I can't moved to the room I've booked with 1 double bed at 2pm for some reason. instead of letting me rest, they keep calling you about the laundry I mention at the check in I needed done. gave the dirty laundry to them, only to be repeatedly called to make sure I can afford the ridiculous fee they charge (AU$35) for small amount, any laundry place in Bali will only charge AU$3 for. Once done, instead of putting the bill to be paid when checking out, they want you to pay right there and then, they even took the efpost machine to my room when I told them I haven't got cash. I don't know who the boss of the hotel is, but I feel sorry for the staff, this hotel got to be frequented by criminals who do the runner all the time that the staff have to treat every guests as criminals. Paid full day for early check in to get some rest? Out the window!. The rooftop bar have a big Guinness signage on the wall, drink of my choice, I was happily imagining a properly poured Guinness with shamrock on top. only to found out they only have one single bottle in the fridge along with 4 Bintangs. I am a good tipper, Anthony Bourdain is my guru, the only staff of the hotel that got my tip is the bar lady who didn't treat me like a criminal.
