Overall it was a good experience and we can recommend this hotel for a short stay!

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and pleasant to us and gave us all possible advices regarding what to visit in Athens. They could quickly understand our special needs and adjust. Really appreciated. We also booked a Christmas dinner in a hotel restaurant and it was amazing and unforgettable, special Thanks!!!

Room itself was a little bit old and not renovated for some years, windows not very good isolated, we heard all the noises from the street. It was disturbing during the night rest. Milk for coffee expired in July 2023 (we were in hotel during Xmas time in December), but not one removed it or changed. We saw it already while drinking a coffee, was not so nice experience.

The worst 5 star in central Athens. The superior room is small, old furniture and very dirty. The carpet on the hallway is unbelivably dirty. Bathrooms are digusting. After my strong complains, I got an upgrade. Better room, but the smell of smoke was bothering me all night. Beautiful building, good breakfast, but rooms are not even close to 5 stars.

Basically everything was great about this place! Location, great staff, room, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast. Definitely staying here again when in Athens.

Amazing staff and close to everything!

This hotel has exceeded my expectations honestly. From the moment I arrived the bell boy is the sweetest and most polite, he is an amazing first view of the hotel, very helpful and anticipates what you need and runs to help! The staff on the reception were super friendly and smiley. They did their best to give me the room early as I had a little baby with me! They also gave me an upgrade to a family room to make sure I had enough space. The first room they gave me on the 6th floor was a bit old but it did its due, I honestly didnt care about the room from how amazing the service is! I had a late checkout as my flight was at night, they offered me another room and easily helped take all my things to get settled. The room on the 2nd floor was actually amazing very spacious with a big balcony and 2 bathrooms! I think this one is renovated. I loved everything in the room! The room service is very fast and the breakfast was so good with a good variety of food. The room service team was super friendly and helped me wash the baby bottles! They even washed them and brought them up to the room! Overall the experience was amazing from the service of the staff of the hotel and the proximity of location to all important sites to visit also to the buses that go around the city! I would definitely stay again!

The first room I got was a bit old, maybe a personal style but I didnt like the red couches and wall. It was the graffiti room.
