    The rooms were very spacious and had everything was needed, albeit, quite basic. The location was a bit further than we thought to the main beach but was easily accessible. The breakfast was also very good.

    Good stay near Mirissa beach
    Good property near by most of the beaches in the town, amazing private pool, breakfast was good, room was clean but is prone to too much dust, staff were good and helpful
    The washroom is slippery a bit, and also the wash basin was a bit too small.

    Perfect stay that matches the price
    Price and quality really matches if you want good worth for your money. The facilities are basic, but Mirissa really is a place to be out and about. So, it matched our expectations. The beds were a bit hard by the way, so if you like that, this is your place to be.

    During our 3 week trips this was our nicest accommodation. Its located just outside the main street of Mirissa. The pool is great and the rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is super friendly and they make great breakfast!

    Beautiful property, very relaxing and swimming in the pool at night was a highlight! Only 6 rooms so nice and quiet. Very helpful staff. Lovely big rooms

    Beautiful pool
    Pool was very nice and a big room with a view on the pool. Also, not too empty and not too crowded, it has 6 rooms in total, which means 12 people at max, so you get to enjoy the pool.
    No shampoo as many hotels out there, and lack of garbage for the main room, there is only one in the bathroom. It was hard to get some privacy while enjoying the view outside from the room, since there is just a huge see through mirror at the front covered with a curtain. We had to just keep the curtains on all the time. Its also a bit not central, but if you rent a scooter it should be fine. We also experienced a few electrical cuts while there, but I guess its out of there control since it was in all Mirissa for 40% of the time we stayed there.
