Located in the Butang Archipelago, Green View Beach Resort is a part of Tarutao Marine National Park and is accessible by ferry from Pak Barra. Charming, comfortable, laid back, well run quirky bamboo bungalows frontly a beautiful beach

Loved everything about Green View Resort. The quirky bungalows are spacious and cool (we didnt miss AC), the grounds are shaded and beautifully kept, and the best part is that it fronts directly onto the beach with plenty of deckchairs in the shade for guests to use, whereas lots of other resorts have bars or restaurants at the front. The beach is busy with boats and people coming and going, so lots to watch. Talay, who runs Green View, was nothing short of amazing with her help, food and restaurant suggestions, and info about Koh Lipe. She kept a close eye on things so it felt very safe - we never locked our bungalow! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, laid back break on this beautiful island.

Nice cottage at the beach

Location is super! Right at the beach and Tula (the owner) is really friendly. The cottages are clean and the beds have an musquito net.

The beach chairs are a little bit run out off and the cottages are wonderful made with bamboo and nails. But sometimes the nails hurt your feet when walking.

Location on the beach was excellent. Staff very helpful and knowledgable.

Staying in a beach hut is not for everyone. We only had a fan so a bit warm at night. Everything quiet after 11pm though.

Here for a fuss free holiday, Talay is the best

Quaint and quiet on a busy stretch of beach. Love the tall natural trees and simple huts with sun deck beach chairs and lounge reserved just for guests. Basic but complete. It gets a little hot in the room and on the bed as the mozzie net doesnt quite allow the fan air to pass through. Talay the caretaker was the most thoughtful and kind, she offered to help me with a personal dive booking though it was not under her and she didnt have to. She really stood up for her guests. I recommend to book island tour activities with Talay because she will make sure you have a good and fair time

I got bitten by a giant red/brown centipede here while walking back to my room in the dark around 9pm. Tried to contact on the chat message here but no reply till next morning, as I had to get treated in ER Some word of caution or sensor light on and around the property for guests would be goo to avoid similar incidents again.

The reception is very nice. She can help guide you around the island. Her recommendation is great and trustworthy. The place is nice and eco-friendly. The house is made of bamboo and is in good condition. However, you need to watch out for mosquitos.

Great location (Beachfront). The huts were big, good value for money and the staff very friendly and attentive.

The huts are locked with a chain that you can easily take off with your hands. I didnt use the keys at. I didnt like the way the staff approached me the day I was leaving just because I bought a speedboat by myself with a company apparently they didnt like. They told me it was going to take me extra 6-8 hours to get to my destination because their engines stop working 5 days/ 7. The trip was fine and arrived on time.

Really great location, basic bungalows but perfect for all your needs. We loved relaxing on the beach as soon as we woke up. Talay at reception was so lovely and had great food recommendations (thank you!!). We also enjoyed using the Kayaks. Mosquito net was very helpful, and housekeeping great.
