Pleasant

Very well decorated resort. The pool area and dining hall is very nice. Breakfast was also good. Overall decent service.

Non ac rooms are so full of mosquitoes and in the toilet come the dressing area they don't have any ventilation. So it's not nice to use that area after taking a shower as the floors take longer to dry. The furniture and floor is too old and almost feels like it will break any time.

Very good

Green Village lives up to its name.

The property was in good condition and the foliage and gardens were lovely. The two swimming pools were also very good and the free bus to the beach was excellent. The staff were friendly and most helpful.

The shower worked but needed some attention. The fan in the room also needed attention.

A very bad experience

I stayed on one of the most busy nights of the year which was from Christmas Eve till December 28th and it was available for those dates. That could be the only likeable thing about this place. The Wi-Fi was also ok

To begin with : 1. There was no water in our villa for the first 2 nights. The crew knew that the villas had an issue with water but still gave us that unit to stay. When we reported the matter, they kept on delaying a response and at 8 PM when I finally went to the reception, the lady there unapologetically told me that the water will get fixed in the morning. It did not get fixed the next day either. We stayed without a shower for 2 nights. 2. The staff did not feel that this is a big issue to not have water in the room for 2 nights and treated us as if we are disturbing their peace. Their attitude specially the hotel managers response was very very cold. The entire front desk staff was very very rude whenever we reached out to them regarding not having a water 3. They did not compensate us in any form for this inconvenience nor even reached out to us with an apology 4. The entire villa shakes and quacks when you walk. I would barfeet walk very slowly as to not disturb my wifes sleep but the villa is so old that it starts to make quacking noises no matter how soft you try to walk. The furnishings are very very old. The cleaning crew does the basics of just changing the towels and putting new toilet paper. No other cleaning is done. Upon check-in there was a half eaten chocolate fallen next to our bed. 5. For the price we paid, the breakfast was passable. We went for breakfast on 2 days but decided to skip it on rest of the days as it was always the same menu and very basic. Once an item is over, it is not refilled so if you reach around 9 AM, you would just have a toast or a few salad prices left for yourself. 6. Tired with all of these issues, we decided to check out a day early and move to a different hotel so that we can enjoy the rest of our stay. I and my wife travel very frequently but this was one experience that we pray, we dont encounter in the rest of our lives.
