Lovely clean rooms and a gorgeous pool! Not to mention the lovely host, who sorted us out with an amazing local restaurant and actually drove us to our next destination (sigiriya) himself!

Reasonable for airport transfer or very short stay

The location looks better outside than inside. The beds are good and laundry is white and clean.

Poor breakfast if you leave earlier that 10o'clock. You do not feel the local hospitality that we felt in many other locations.

Superb

Fabulous little place in Negombo

Lucky and his family are excellent hosts. very knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy. Our room was perfect, clean and stylish with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast included eggs, toast local delicacies, ginger tea and coffee. Highly recommend.

Superb

Lovely place with nice pool and good service

We stayed here for only one night, but enjoyed our stay. We had a late check in and got picked up at the airport late in the evening, service and communication was great. Lovely property, pool is really nice and really good breakfast.
