Definitely recommended. If I visit Yogyakarta again, I will choose this hotel again.

The sustainable concept is amazing. The hotel is surrounded by well managed plants. There is a rooftop farm. There is a water dispenser to refill my bottle with hot and cold water in the lobby. The water offered in the room is in glass bottle which will be reused. The room is also very beautiful especially when I opened the curtain in the morning and the sun came in from the window.

The wifi is pretty bad. and I can't find an approachable communication channel before I reach the hotel since my sim card can't make phone call in Indonesia but after we arrived all communication are good.

Not a bad hotel, very interesting concept

Location is ok, thanks to motorcycle taxi. Close by to good cafes and short ride to malioboro

Walls are thin, able to hear kids running around & playing in the pool if youre taking a nap in the afternoon

Getting worse over the evening

- The interior is quite nice, well maintained, and clean - Shower is good - Staff is very friendly and helpful - Breakfast is ok, nothing exceptional - Price is fine

- Room is very hot, AC doesnt work properly, very hot even at 16, always cuts off at odd hours - Acoustic is very poor, I couldnt sleep as the room next to us had a party until 3am in the morning, which is not the guest fault, if there is proper acoustic layer in between rooms! - Pillows are very hard and uncomfortable - Weird policy of money deposit for having spare keys overall: Worst stay I ever had; couldnt sleep due to the disturbance I mentioned above. I was on a break and hoping to have a pleasant stay, read some good publicity about this hotel, and was excited for it was available on the date of my trip. Unfortunately, all of the above ruined my time and I dont think nice decoration would cut it. Ecologically friendly concept is commendable, but I guess, when it comes to hospitality, you gotta think a bit more on guest comfort and satisfaction.

Good

WE STAYED IN ROOM 223. THE BED AND EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN EVEN THE BATHMAT. CITY VIEW IS NOT BAD. OVERALL NOTHING COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ROOM AND FACILITIES.

SMALL ROOM AND FRONT OFFICE WAS UNFRIENDLY.
