Beautiful & Serene Homestay

Below are a few highlights of our stay - The location of the Homestay is one of the best in Chikmangluru. - The food prepared is one of the best meals we had in Karnataka during our travel. Kudos to the cook. - Every night bonfire was awesome -The owner Abhijeet is very helpful and gives good food and travel suggestions. He can also help arrange transport for local sight seeing if required at very reasonable price (we came to know about this along at the end of our stay)

The location was great the common area like garden were good and well maintained. The view from the property is surreal.The food which was provided was very homely, fresh and fulfilling.They allowed for an early check in, which is very kind of the owner

The room was not good for the price wr paid. When you pay 4k, you expect a certain standard of the room. The mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable for us. The would not pay more thwn 1500 for this. The staff was very lazy and disinterested in answering our questions and concerns. They mentioned that a walking tour is provided at the property on booking.com. when we asked them about ,it, the staff just showed us the way. They did not provide hot water as we went on a weekday, instead of weekend.

the location and the view from the property , also the aesthetics maintained inside and outside the property

only the 1 km uphill road needs to be better .

The location of this property is just amazing. We stayed there for 3 Nights. 1. Everyday you will get Camp Fire 2. Food ( Breakfast & Dinner ) is completely free except some special order 3. Beverages is completely free

Avoidable till they improve.

The place is very beautiful and the view is pristine.The staff is also nice but not adequately trained.

The crowd on the day we visited was quite tacky. There was a guy who came to have dinner in a towel and the staff did not seem to have objected. Quite uncomfortable as a couple. The place is also not very clean and not very well maintained. Not very clean linens, no toilet roll. Not great service either. Avoidable place unless they improve on these fronts.
