Nice welcome, clean room, warm. Enjoyed the breakfast.

To be honest we only stayed 1 night as visiting old friends.

Stop over to meet up with friends

Set in a lovely area, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and fully stocked with tea coffee and milks. Had a lovely breakfast on the Sunday it was very enjoyable. The boss was very helpful with informing me before we came best to book our taxis both ways.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the very friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, the room was excellent, as was the shower. We will certainly consider this establishment when we go to Woodbridge again.

It was ok.

Easy to find, no problem with parking. Good access to Woodbridge. Host was helpful with questions. Lovely breakfast sausages, nice coffee. Room was ok, good shower.

Slightly rigid breakfast timings and choices, cheap bread. Only one packet of biscuits in the room. It felt quite expensive for what we actually got.

The Hotel suited our requirements in this case very well.

Everything was as we expected, breakfast served very efficiently at the agreed time. A ground floor room was requested and was available.

There was nothing to dislike for our one night stay.

Car parking and location were good

I would not call this a 'hotel', it is a house on a residential road. The man who greeted me was not friendly and I did not feel especially welcome. Breakfast was average.

Everything you need at a fair price.

The room was clean. The shower worked well. All the basics were done right. A good stay for the money. Breakfast was as expected. The scrambled egg was done well.

The location is some way outside the main part of the town. Would be a problem if you came to see the sights and did not have a car. With a car it is fine -- not more than ten minutes from pretty town centre. With a car this is also a good base to visit Sutton Hoo which was fascinating.
