Nice position but difficult logistics around the restaurant.

The excellent positon. The hotel is so close to the sea that breakfast, outside, with the music of the sea wave, will keep your mind busy for a wild.

My room was just below the restaurant and the noise of the chairs kept me waked up from 07.00 am. Not good! The restaurant was far too noisy with no access to outside.

Excellent hotel but many rooms on 1st floor are actually halfway below ground level

Perfect location, right next to the beach and still close to Cala D'Or centre. Lovely pool area, pool bar, garden and relaxing area. Variety of food at breakfast and dinner is excellent. Friendly staff. Well equipped gym with seaview.

We booked a standard room and received one on the "1st floor" which is actually halfway below ground level. There are many rooms on this floor and I think selling these as standard ones is completely unfair. These should be sold for a reduced price and with a clear communication about their location. The hotel was fully booked, we couldn't get another room. Other than that the hotel is excellent, we would definitely stay again, but only in a room with seaview.

Beautiful, relaxing

Fantastic hotel, shocked as some of the reviews on trip advisor. Staff very friendly, hotel location is the best I have ever stayed in. On the beach and yet also right next to the square of restaurants and bars. Very clean, food options fantastic. Asked for a sea view if possible and was given one. Safe can be used at no extra cost (again, never stayed anywhere previously that allows this for free) complimentary water on arrival and a kettle with tea and coffee. Towels for the beach provided.

Nothing- really impressed and will be returning.

Perfect for a couples break

Location was perfect & loved the beach. Food was ok, nicest dinner was the BBQ.

The hotel was spotless but cleaning crew started very early so if you wanted to sleep on it wasn't possible.

poor customer service ruined the whole stay, we will never book this hotel again due to no folllow up

most of the spa facilities were out of order

the staff attitude and training , we were treated appallingly by the chap at reception while trying to check in, complained in morning and told the manager would call us, we are still waiting a week later. no follow up. we stayed in 8 hotels on the island and this was the worst experience by far.
