Friendly staff, great facilities and excellent location!
We had an amazing time at this hotel! I went with my friend to celebrate our birthdays. The staff was wonderful! They even saw a birthday banner in our room that my friend had put up and surprised us with a card and some chocolates! The kitchen staff was very kind, and the nighttime security was very friendly as well. Beautiful pool and loved both pool options. Thanks and congratulations on finishing a great season!
I wish the pool had been open until a bit later!

Fantastic break, in a very nice hotel, reception staff were lovely.
Very stylish hotel, great atmosphere when we arrived, candles all over on tables and around reception. Very stylish, beautiful flooring and ornaments. We were upgraded through booking com, had an enormous room with a fabulous shower and twin sinks. Location in a very nice area.
Perhaps the breakfast, I think there were margarine punnets not proper butter. Have had much better fresh orange juice in Calpe. Still enjoyed however.

The location is extremely central for salou. The hotel was adult only making it extremely quiet and relaxing.
Staffs attitude. There was an issue on arrival when trying to resolve the issue staff was extended rude and condescending. Hotel rooms were not overly clean, dust on the skirting boards under the sink and we had to constantly ask for clean towels and to have the room made up and cleaned. Including the sheets being changed on the 4th day.

Its not that I didnt like anything but the room could have had a good deep cleaning before we got there . A lot of dust and patio door very dirty . I would have loved.,Tea facilitys in the room.

Perfect for a short stay
Gorgeous hotel lobby and lovely pool area, never short of sunbeds. Fab showers in bathroom.
Quite tired looking rooms, could do with a bit of a refresh. Buffet food was very tasty and varied but never overly hot.
