    We had deluxe family room despite we did not have kafffee machine , hair conditioner , enough tissue and paper and high qualified hair dryer at our room .

    Great property - almost makes you want to not get out of the hotel at all but zell am see is beautiful and you must. We had an excellent stay here - just wish breakfast was included in the price but thats asking for too much :) excellent place to stay!

    No water boiler , no coffee or tea, no fridge. They asked me to check out at 11 am. without any delay.

    The room amd the spa. Verry nice hotel.
    I only have one negative point, the ski boot heaters in the skiroom were turned off. It's not nice to have wet boots in the morning
