Location is good and can walk into town centre

Easy to access property. Biscuits and tea facilities were available on arrival with sachets of milk which were very welcome.

Stairs are very shallow. Beds have wrought iron foot boards so my 6ft 3 husband found it awkward to sleep.

Good location and easy to walk to the Cathedral etc. A nice space to relax in after a busy day.

We needed more shower soap one small tube was insufficient for 2 people. I couldn't find BBC 1 to get the whole news and catch up on Queens tennis!!

Beyond our expectations

We loved the property overall. Kitchen equipments were full, bathroom was clean, rooms were tidy. There was a coffee machine which I loved and there were games to play. The property was beyond our expectations.

If you are coming without a private car, you will need to walk uphill from the train station and also the city centre to reach the property.

Great terraced house in a quiet street not far from town. Cookies and welcome cards upon arrival were a nice touch. Comfort bedding in bedrooms, Netflix and Disney plus on a curved big screen was enjoyable downstairs. The downstairs bathroom had toiletries and whole property was spotlessly clean.

Disappointing

Stay cut short as property unsuitable for our purpose.

The property was twee but comfortable and well fitted out, even including an oven and hob.

My husband was attending the Norfolk and Norwich hospital for daily treatment. This was not as central as we had hoped and without a car were unable to walk into Norwich. We are both in our 70's and found the stairs difficult to negotiate and there was no upstairs toilet. My husband needs to be close to a toilet and as the only toilet is downstairs, he had to sleep on the settee on our first night, which was not satisfactory. I emailed the company but received no suitable response. I established later that one of the owners had rung my home phone to apologise but as I was in his property in Norwich, I did not receive the call. We stayed 1 night only instead of 4 and I spent the whole morning of our second day trying to contact the owners and searching for a replacement.

Couldnt of been better! The property was immaculate, the home had everything you could possibly need and the host was so helpful. They really did think of everything possible to make the stay as comfy and easy as they can, the bed was so comfy and the pillows were great. The WiFi was fast, parking was always available when needed outside. Really hope to come back soon!
