    The room, location and amenities.
    Front desk staff can be more polite and welcoming. I was kept waiting before 2 front desk staff attended to me or acknowledge my presence. No even a forced smile.

    We came in late and the staff and kitchen received us well. We could still order a meal from the snack menu. Loved the big bed, the mirrors and lighting in the bathroom. The gate guard was great.
    room 208, very dirty carpet, broken security latch, bathroom door water damaged also couldn't open from the inside. shower head rusted and old. We were bitten by something in the bed, presume bedbugs

    Made or holiday comfortable.
    Staff were very friendly. Felt safe and secure. Room is spacious and clean. Microwave, Kettle and Fridge were amazing to have in the room.
    Room feels aged (old). Can do with a modern touch. *We did see they are upgrading rooms and removing the carpets. Door key stopped working twice in the full week that we spent here. Door would jam some times when opening and need a firm push. Reception did assist with the Door issue when we reported it.

    I enjoyed my stay, if you can put bottled water in the rooms that will be perfect
    The bed is so comfortable, you can literally sleep the whole day
    No bottled water in the rooms. And the internet is not the best but good.

    The exceptional servuce from the staff. Snethemba has great customer service. The facilities are clean. This was a great value for out money. We truly enjoyed our stay even the environment is kids friend. We will surelh visit again as a family or just as a couple Thank you so much may God bless the hosts and staff from Hampshire Hotel

    Maintenance needs to be done
    Great location. Nice pool. Comfortable bed.
    Hotel seems poorly managed and understaffed. lots of maintenance needs to be done. If maintenance is done properly this can be a great hotel. The window screen was loose and later came off. No cupboard space. Coffee in the room is bad and no milk but there is a fridge. We booked 4 people in 1 family room they give us only 2 towels then seem confused why we need more. This wasn't value for money.
