    Pleasant stay in Antwerp
    Location- just crossed the street to the Central Station. Also good breakfast was included. Right beside it is a supermarket.

    The staff is rather rude. Just asking for id or passport, no "welcome". Rather grumpy. Not at all enough capacity for breakfast. Altogether a rather "cold" impression.

    It was more than a 3-star hotel, perhaps 3-star plus. The room was spacious, with a fantastic lobby and a large area for breakfast. Located right in front of the central station, it had an excellent and convenient location. We had an easy check-in and check-out.
    The bed mattresses could have been better.

    Excellent staff, clean rooms, and seamless check-in and checkout. This is a perfect place to stay if you want a no-nonsense decent place to travel around the city. The location is nearly perfect as it's next door to the central station.
