Superb

Great staff, facility and breakfast.

Very well kept and easy all around experience

Upon check in found out pool was closed so kids were pretty bummed. Paying for parking is never great either

Pleasant

Staycation gone cold

The location, staff and breakfast

That the hot tub was sealed over and no discount provided. Even a small one. Was the main reason we did our staycation at this hotel. Stayed here last year because of the hot tub but wont next year now. It was One of only a few hotels downtown with a hot tub. Or so we thought. Again, staying elsewhere next time.
