Its location and the price And the breakfast was a little better than the average Hampton Inn fare.

Shame about rude unhelpful front desk staff

The location was good and the breakfast was our best ever.

The front desk guy was very rude, our family of 6 had booked and paid for a queen suite with 2 x queen beds and a sofa bed and we were give a small double room and when I questioned him and said there is no way we can fit in he said in the terms they can not guarantee the room we book and he cant do anything about it. When I called booking.com they phoned him and sorted it straight out and they gave us another double room but all rooms were tired and not the best. I also heard the very same thing happen to someone else trying to check in.dont except them telling you there is not a room.
