Comfortable

-The staff was very helpful and polite. -Really appreciated the free shuttle service. - The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was just a bag with an apple, muffin and a breakfast bar. I understand that this was because it was Christmas eve, but some more effort should be put into a breakfast bag if the restaurant is not available for some reason.

Proximity to airport is good. Bed was good..

No restaurant on site. Noise level from airport and surrounding area (truck?) was disturbing. Why don't they install better, more sound proof windows? No bathtub. Only shower.-

Not good

In general everything was fine.

It was cold out that evening and the Thermostat would not allow the room temperature above 69 degrees. I set the temperature up and made sure it was on heat to no avail. Plus the fan would not change speeds. I would not recommend staying here because they are controlling the room temperature.
