horrible - Booking.com or hotel did not say they would charge me $50 extra for a dog.

Nothing

Didn't tell me in advance that they would charge for dogs. Booking.com did not say they charged for pets. No conditioner Creeky floor above room all night long Staff was not helpful the next morning or when I called later.

It was a great trip with a great stay!

Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly & very quick to make sure all breakfast items were available & fully stocked at all times. The front desk worker was friendly & helpful as well! We were in town for a concert, though it was downtown, we wanted to stay somewhere out of town to be closer to the 75/40 split for when we needed to head out the next morning! The hotel was conveniently located for that! The hotel was extremely clean & well-kept. Our room was spacious & perfect for our stay. We will certainly be back!

The only two things I didn't love was the lotion l, shampoo, etc were hooked to the wall. I was wondering if there could be an option where they were on a retractable cord so you could pull them out & then they could go right back after use? Secondly, there where guests up above us who moved around from about 4a onward & I was unable to sleep after that. That, however, was not the hotel's fault just a part of my stay that wasn't nice.
