Luxury suite at its best

I love that the room was a suite, with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. We all loved the little kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, we were able to watch 2 tvs. And you can't hear anyone it's completely sound proof. This hotel is amazing and we loved waking up to having breakfast included every morning. Such an awesome time

It is not the room or the hotels fault for my comfort. The mattresses were very comfy but my back was in alot of pain so I couldn't get a good night sleep due to my back being in pain through the whole night. These mattresses are very thick and soft, they look like hybrids, which are a mixture of a regular mattress mixed with memory foam. But maybe they could offer a top foam layout for those who do have back problems. Just something to think about. But don't get me wrong this is noway the hotels fault at all. It's just my picky back, lol.

Convenient, clean place to stay

We have always stayed in a room with an outside entrance which is so convenient for letting out our small dog.

Breakfast is the usual fare, and not very tasty.

Ok, but not great for $830

Recently renovated property

Jacuzzi was cold. We were told by front desk staff that they could not increase the temperature and must wait for maintenance workers to arrive the following week. Seems like someone on-site would have access to the temperature controls. Our bed in Room 326 needs to be replaced. Theres a large dip or divot about a fourth of the way from the right side. There was no ice bucket in the room. I asked for one at the front desk. The employee asked me if I had looked behind the microwave (?) and offered me a plastic bag. I went to the dollar store and bought one.

Very clean, nice. In the center of many restaurants and stores. They were all about 5-10 min away

I guess the only thing negative was there was a dent in the wall of the room like someone threw the door open

Comfy beds . Quiet off the strip location . Very nice workers

Staff was super friendly A++. . Walking distance to food,and stores/casino . Social hours/gathering A+. Beds were super comfy . Quiet location for traffic noise . Kid friendly. Many dogs stayed , but does not smell for pets. Will stay again . Continental breakfast was a great savings with a family of five . Very very nice food staff.

Nothing you could of done would of been better . We had a great week. The foot traffic on above ceiling was heard . We stayed a week so it varied day to day.

Nice hotel and staff but a sketch location

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean

The location is sketchy. I was chased by a homeless drug addict walking my pups behind the hotel, and that was terrifying. Asked front desk if security patrols parking area, was told no, but we have cameras. Moved my vehicle to center lot after reco from a staff member. Checked on my vehicle every 2 hours all night, as its an RV van I was taking in for service next day. In that time, I noted a man living in van by pool entrance, and a couple sleeping in cars near where I parked, shooting up in the parking lot.

This property does not live up to the Hampton/Hilton standards we have enjoyed previously.

It was quiet. The staff was very friendly, though the front desk grumbled a lot about the failure of the computer and credit card machine to operate properly. In fact, the credit card reader did not work.

The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant odor to them. Fortunately, the room did not, or we would have left the property. The shared parking area/access point makes it difficult to navigate at night without clearly marked entry points. The breakfast area was too small for all of the people who were trying to eat.
