    I loved the hotel and will definitely be back! The best hotel that I've been in Panama thus far!
    I loved everything about my stay! The first time I walked in I was definitely impressed with the decor. The staff was friendly and attentive. Every detail about my reservation as well as stay was explained. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was even better!
    There was nothing that I didn't like.

    Location and breakfast on the beach was nice.
    Beach towels are small and thin. I traveled with my dog, I knew about the $75 pet fee and then the $25 deposit but the reception just handed me the machine to sign for $100 (no communication )The next morning, I asked for my deposit and was told it is not refundable, I checked the listing and saw that it was. The reception then told me that it was the parking fee ($20). Get your story straight, train your staff to know the policies and be more communicative, and refund the remaining of my deposit(it's just the principle).
