Very poor

When we arrived at the hotel to check in they told us that there were no rooms available. We had to wait or go to another hotel. We were going with two children, we decided to wait 40 minutes for a room that we had reserved a month ago. When we got to the room, they gave us a room with a king bed and we had requested a room with TWO queen beds, when we went to the bathroom there were used soaps in the sink.

The hotel was fine, but shuttle pick up could be improved.

The staff was friendly. After a long flight and checking into the hotel, we were given water bottles to take to our room.

When we called for the shuttle, we were told it would 20 minutes. It took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The ride back to the airport was much better.

We liked the location, updated bathroom facilities and overall feel of the hotel.

We thought the breakfast bar was not as good as other Hamptons we have stayed.

Would highly recommend this hotel and if ever back in Denver would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. Room was super comfortable. We had a really early start to catch our flight so the early shuttle was fantastic.

Everything was perfect for us. Great diner as well right beside the hotel where we had great food.
